Green Guy Goes Grappling (2021), also known as Green Guy Goes Grappling or Green Guy Goes Grappling Classic, was the first game in the Green Guy Goes Grappling series. It was created in GDevelop by Lim95. It was the first game to have a speedrun.com page.

Compared to later games like Green Guy Goes Grappling 2 and Green Guy Goes Grappling (2026), Green Guy Goes Grappling Classic is very slow paced. There are not any special movement techniques or glitches, other than the wall jump bug.

Green Guy Goes Grappling Classic does not have an in-game story.
